The Boating Lake Usage Fee has been cancelled for 2008. For those that have paid their fee, your money will be refunded within the next 90 days.

For your convenience we now have a drop box at the Reservoir Shop on Reservoir Park Drive for water and lease payments.

*New Water Rates and Billing*
New monthly billing begins in March .The new rate increase will be reflected on your April bill. New rate increases are as follows: 

Minimum bill for 3,000 gallons per month:  $12.00 Water
                                                             $12.00 Sewer 

The volumetric charge for sewer will be increased to $3.00 per 1,000 gallons.
The volumetric charge for water will be increased to $2.50 per 1,000 gallons.
The volumetric charge will be increased 5% per year for the next five years.

Sewer fees will not be charged for consumption beyond 15,000 gallons per month.

For example:
The average customer that used 10,000 gallons per month will have a bill of $62.50.
